About Us:
DIVA Projects is a rapidly growing construction and infrastructure company specializing in pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and warehousing developments. We are seeking a highly experienced qualified to lead our tendering, estimation, contracts, and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review detailed BOQs for civil, pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
Prepare technical and commercial tender documents for government and private sector projects
Analyse tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Prepare work orders and coordinate contract administration




Manage procurement activities, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase planning
Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and project budgeting
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain complete documentation related to tenders, contracts, BOQs, and procurement
Identify cost-saving prospects while maintaining quality and project schedules

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
