We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
Monitor the use of construction materials and equipment.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Resolve in office technical issues and report major concerns to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at the site.
