Key Responsibilities:
Visit rooftop solar customer locations for service activities.
Perform solar panel cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance.
Check panel condition, cleanliness, and basic system performance.
Identify visible issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Assist customers with basic solar-related queries.
Ensure proper usage of tools and follow safety procedures during site visits.
Maintain daily visit reports, service updates, and customer feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: ITI / 10th / 12th / Diploma (Electrical preferred).
Experience: Fresher to 2 years in solar / electrical / field service / maintenance.
Comfortable with rooftop visits and outdoor work.
Positive communication skills and customer handling ability.
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
