Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹55,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales operations for assigned real estate projects.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate, nurture, and convert leads into successful property bookings.
Conduct customer meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and possession support.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
Handle sales negotiations and ensure timely closure of deals.
Ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service throughout the customer journey.
Follow up on customer payments and coordinate collections as per company policy.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present regular sales updates to management.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and ethical standards.




Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, exhibitions, and lead generation initiatives.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales with a builder/developer (Mandatory).
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in leading and engaging a sales team.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Valuable understanding of residential and commercial real estate sales.
Knowledge of the Vapi, Daman, Silvassa, and South Gujarat real estate market will be an added advantage.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant discipline.
MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
