Job Summary
Manages the end-to-end tendering process for government and private infrastructure projects from identifying prospects to bid preparation, estimation, and timely, compliant submission.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Management
Identify tenders via e-Procurement portals; study NIT/RFP/BOQ/drawings/specs; assess eligibility and prepare pre-qualification documents.
Prepare bid documentation within deadlines; coordinate on clarifications/corrigenda; attend pre-bid meetings; track status through award; maintain tender records.

Estimation & Costing
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis.
Collect vendor/subcontractor quotations; coordinate with Procurement/Project teams; assist in preparing commercial offers.

Online Submission
Upload bids on portals (nProcure, CPP, GeM, State e-Procurement, client-specific); ensure accurate, on-time submission (physical, where needed); process EMD, Tender Fee, and Bid Security.

Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Project teams (and JV/ Collaborators partners) for approvals/inputs.
Maintain tender database and records; ensure compliance with tender conditions.

Reporting




Prepare tender status reports and MIS; support bid analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (Estimation/QS certification a plus).

Experience: 2+ years in Tendering & Estimation; (EPC/WaterSupply/Sewerage/STP/Roads/Irrigation/Bridges/Government Projects preferred; Government tender experience highly desirable.)

Technical Skills

Quantity Take-Off, BOQ, Rate Analysis, Government Tender Procedures, e-Tendering Portals, AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word/PowerPoint, ERP, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

EPC, Water Supply, UGD, Sewerage, STP, Irrigation, Roads & Highways, Bridges, Government Infrastructure, PMC.
