Key Responsibilities

Design Oversight: Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Innovation: Drive innovation in mechanical design and development,
identifying prospects for process optimization and improvement.
Qualifications
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma
Experience: Proven experience in mechanical design and project management, with a solid background in leading engineering teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AUTOCAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with FEA tools and product lifecycle management systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
