Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to manage our Gents Hostel. The candidate will be responsible for the smooth functioning and administration of the hostel.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations.
Maintain registers, records, and documentation.
Handle enquiries and ensure timely allotment of vacant cots.
Collect hostel fees and maintain proper accounts.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
Oversee hostel maintenance activities and coordinate with service providers.
Ensure discipline and safety of all hostel residents.
Requirements:
Age: 35 – 58 years
Prior experience in hostel/guest house management preferred.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle administrative tasks independently.
Should be disciplined, approachable, and proactive.
Salary & Perks:
Salary Will be fixed based on your performance ranging from Rs.12000- to Rs.15000/-
