The Unit HR Head is responsible for leading and managing all Human Resource functions at the hospital unit.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 8 years in a leadership role within a hospital or healthcare organization.
