Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse – Corporate Clinic to provide high-quality outpatient, first aid, and emergency nursing care within a corporate healthcare setting. The role involves patient assessment, clinic operations management, emergency preparedness, documentation, and promoting employee health and wellbeing while ensuring compliance with medical and quality standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide outpatient nursing care, first aid, and basic emergency medical support.
Assess and manage minor illnesses and injuries and escalate cases requiring physician intervention.
Coordinate referrals, specialist consultations, and ambulance transfers when required.
Maintain clinic readiness, including medical equipment, medications, and consumables.
Monitor inventory, expiry dates, calibration schedules, and asset records.
Ensure accurate patient documentation, incident reporting, and operational records.
Support infection control measures,
health promotion activities, and emergency preparedness programs.
Train and mentor new staff and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Participate in medical and administrative meetings and support clinical incident investigations.
Maintain a secure, compliant, and patient-centric healthcare environment.
Mandatory Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid Nursing Council registration.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or primary healthcare settings.
Experience in GP or outpatient care is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems.
Robust communication skills in English and the local language.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
