About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Optometrist to join our team at Titan Eye+ Raiganj. If you are passionate about eye care, enjoy interacting with customers, and want to be part of a trusted brand in the eyewear industry, we’d love to hear from you.
This role requires someone who can provide excellent vision care services, conduct eye examinations, recommend suitable corrective solutions, and deliver a excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye tests and vision assessments for customers
Diagnose refractive errors and recommend corrective lenses accordingly
Prescribe suitable spectacles, contact lenses, and vision correction solutions
Guide customers in selecting eyewear based on prescription and lifestyle needs
Ensure accurate measurements including PD, fitting, and lens recommendations
Maintain patient records and documentation accurately
Support showroom operations and coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer handling
Educate customers on eye health, lens care, and preventive eye care practices
Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Optometry or relevant qualification
2–3 years of experience as an Optometrist
Strong knowledge of eye testing procedures and vision care solutions
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in a retail/showroom environment
Basic computer knowledge for record management
