Looking for a detail-oriented and creative DTP Operator to design, format, and prepare print-ready educational books, workbooks, and marketing materials. The candidate should have a solid understanding of page layout, typography, and pre-press processes.

Key Responsibilities
Typeset and format school textbooks, workbooks, teacher resources, and educational content.
Create and modify layouts using InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.
Place and edit images, illustrations, tables, and diagrams.
Ensure consistency in fonts, styles, margins, and page layouts.
Prepare print-ready PDF files as per printer specifications.
Coordinate with the Editorial, Design, and Production teams for corrections and revisions.
Maintain proper file organization and version control.
Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy before final output.

Required Skills
Adobe InDesign
CorelDRAW
Adobe Photoshop




Microsoft Excel
Basic knowledge of AI tools for image enhancement and productivity
Valuable understanding of typography and page composition
Knowledge of print production and pre-press processes
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Educational Qualification
Diploma/Graduate in DTP, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or any relevant field.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with strong software skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in educational publishing will be an added advantage.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,209.51 - ₹27,027.03 per month
