We're Hiring | Construction Site Supervisor | Hyderabad

AS Developers is looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Manage labor deployment, attendance, and productivity.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.




Resolve in office issues efficiently and communicate updates to the management team.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial building construction.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

Pay: ₹8,970.22 - ₹30,000.00 per month
