Detailed Scope of Work and Deliverables
Trained “Audio Video Systems Operations Staff” for day-to-day Operations of installed Audio Visual Systems at ‘American Express’ Gurgaon and Bangalore offices
Operator will be made available as per ‘American Express’ Gurgaon and Bangalore offices working days
Operators will assist to power up AV-VC systems and make the AV-VC facilities ready for the meetings / presentation for daily operations
Operator will assist in setting up the room in terms of Audio-Visual System Only
Verification of the Operation of each meeting of Audio, Video, Control and Content functions as per normal operations
Operators will help Initiate, Supervise and Coordinate the upkeep of the Multimedia facilities in positive working condition
Operator will assist in powering up the system, checking the accessories required like batteries, patch cables etc.
Assist in connecting the PC/ laptops to the system during meeting/presentation
Assist in keeping the Control systems / Microphones system and VC Systems ready




Operator will assist in providing any support related to Audio Visual during meeting.
Operator will shutdown of the AV-VC system and lock the facilities if so required.
Operator will be provided ‘AMEX’ to put the Equipment in right and proper way
Keep log register of the work executed and done, and also of the problems if any.
Submit weekly, the usage of projector and lamp life details.
Operators will help prepare usage report and maintain the inventory of the consumables related to system
Will advice when required to procure consumables like projector lamps, batteries, any other AV devises
Will report to immediate supervisor/Manager under whose dept. assigned
Replacing the faulty Cisco devices and TV display with current one provided by AXP
They need to cover all kinds of devices like Cisco Webex Room devices, TV displays, Crestron equipment’s, Biamp equipment’s, different brand Microphones and AV related cabling etc.
