Eligibility Criteria
Only UG graduates who passed out in 2020 or later are eligible to apply.
Candidates currently pursuing UG / PG / PHD are not eligible.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in:
Early Childhood Education (ECE)
Child Development
Education (B.Ed)
Psychology
Child Psychology
Home Science (Child Development specialization)

D.El.Ed
Diploma in Early Childhood Care
Nursery Teacher Training

Experience
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
Experience teaching early literacy and early numeracy is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct fun and structured skill development activities for young children as per training provided.
Engage warmly with parents and toddlers.




Must be comfortable teaching children between 6 months and 7 years
Must be comfortable conducting activity-based sessions involving songs, stories, games, and interactive learning

Excellent communication skills.
Solid conceptual clarity (training provided).
A learning mindset and curiosity to grow.
Passion for early childhood development.

Note: Classes run in small batches of 6 children, with one main teacher and one associate teacher always present.

Work Structure

Part time: 6 days/week | minimum 4 hours/day | Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Full-Time: 6 days/week | Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation

Part-Time: INR 2.4 LPA to INR 3 LPA

Full time: INR 4.8 LPA to INR 6 LPA

Location: Delhi

Our centres are located in the following areas:
Civil Lines,
Model Town
Vasant Vihar
Pitampura

Only candidates residing within a 15 km radius of any of the listed centre locations are eligible to apply.

The work timings and Compensation are non-negotiable.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
