Position Overview

We are looking for a agile, customer-oriented, and results-driven Villa Specialist / Sales Executive to assist prospective guests in selecting the ideal villa while driving bookings and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Respond promptly to sales inquiries across all communication channels.  Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas.  Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.  Build robust customer relationships.  Follow up with leads and repeat guests.  Achieve sales targets.  Maintain CRM records.  Coordinate with Guest Services and Operations.  Handle booking changes and guest concerns professionally.  Upsell premium villas and additional services.  Stay updated on inventory and pricing.  Collaborate with Marketing teams.  Maintain confidentiality and company standards.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,783.90 per month
