Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Compensatory Off (Comp Off) on any working day

Job Summary

Responsible for handling customer calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers for vehicle service bookings.

Handle inbound and outbound calls.

Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing.

Follow up with customers regarding service reminders.

Maintain customer database.

Coordinate appointments with the workshop.

Address basic customer queries professionally.

Maintain daily call reports.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills.

Customer handling experience.

Computer knowledge.

Telephone etiquette.

MS Office knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
