Job Description:
▪ Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students. ▪ Support students facing emotional, behavioural, academic, family, or social difficulties. ▪ Identify students requiring special attention and develop intervention plans. ▪ Conduct workshops on stress management, life skills, mental health awareness, etc. ▪ Assist students in goal setting, decision-making, and personal development. ▪ Maintain confidential counselling records and documentation. ▪ Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student welfare. ▪ Monitor student progress and follow up on counselling outcomes. ▪ Visit our skills academy branches in and around Chennai
Required Skills ▪ Solid communication and interpersonal skills. ▪ Empathy,



patience, and active listening ability. ▪ Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. ▪ Ability to maintain confidentiality and qualified ethics. ▪ Knowledge of adolescent psychology and student development. ▪ Ability to conduct workshops and awareness programs. ▪ Basic record-keeping and reporting skills. ▪ Calm and skilled approach ▪ Willingness to travel to visit our branches

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
