We are looking for a confident and client-focused Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist to handle client onboarding, product demonstrations, relationship management, and post-sales support for our U.S.-based clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with international clients, explaining workflows clearly, conducting live demos, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients
Explain workflows, processes, and service offerings clearly
Assist in onboarding recent clients
Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
Maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups
Support sales and business development teams during client discussions
Track customer feedback and improve customer experience
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare reports, updates, and follow-up documentation
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Strong presentation and demo-handling skills
Comfortable handling U.S.-based clients over calls and video meetings
Experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Demo Calling, or Account Management preferred
Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in U.S. shift timings
CRM or client management tool experience preferred
Ability to explain processes in a easy and professional manner
Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus
