Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound entries in SAP (Goods Receipt Note, Delivery, and Sales).
Create and process sales orders, billing documents, and delivery challans in SAP.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of material movements.
Maintain inventory records and perform stock reconciliation between physical and SAP data.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports from SAP.
Support depot operations in stock transfers between depots and distributors.
Handle returns, damaged goods entries, and adjustments in SAP.
Liaise with the Accounts team for posting invoices and ensuring proper billing.
Assist in periodic physical stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and system data accuracy.
