Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to analyze complex system issues and develop effective resolution strategies.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system support requests efficiently.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
Solid problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and troubleshooting software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting critical business applications in a energetic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
