We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to support our outreach and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with solid communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a night shift environment targeting international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through emails.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Understand client requirements and position our services accordingly
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close prospects
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Comfortable working in a night shift
Must have own conveyance for commuting
Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
