Manage the daily operations of the cafe, bakery, and boutique homestay.
Supervise and lead front office, cafe, bakery, housekeeping, and support staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service, hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality.
Plan staff schedules, monitor attendance, conduct training, and evaluate employee performance.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, procurement, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Control operating expenses and assist in maintaining profitability.
Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure all facilities are clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Oversee café, bakery, and kitchen operations,



including production planning and food safety compliance.
Operate and monitor POS systems, reservation software, spreadsheets, and online booking platforms.
Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.
Collaborate with the owners to improve operational processes, increase sales, and enhance guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
