The trainee will undergo structured training to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, customer relationship management, and business operations, preparing them for a successful career in automotive sales.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels.
Conduct customer presentations and vehicle demonstrations.




Maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and dealership events.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.
