Job Title: Bar Waitress

Department: Food & Beverage Service
Reports To: Bar Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:

The Bar Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the bar and lounge area by taking orders, serving drinks and snacks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience. The role requires positive communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the bartender or kitchen.
Serve drinks and snacks promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and the bar area at all times.
Check identification to ensure guests meet the legal age requirements for alcoholic beverages.




Assist guests in choosing beverages by offering detailed product knowledge and recommendations.
Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
Process bills accurately and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
Set up and transparent tables or bar counters before and after service.
Refill garnishes, napkins, straws, and other bar supplies as required.
Coordinate with the bartender and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints or feedback politely and promptly, escalating to the supervisor when needed.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies as per hotel standards.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
