Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with experience in furniture manufacturing to develop production-ready furniture designs, layouts, and technical drawings. The candidate should have solid knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing processes, and CNC-compatible design.

Key Responsibilities
Design furniture layouts and products using PYTHA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CAM.
Prepare 2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, BOMs, and CNC-ready files.
Coordinate with production to ensure smooth manufacturing.
Optimize designs for quality, cost, and material utilization.
Resolve production-related design issues and support new product development.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Design, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in furniture or modular furniture manufacturing.
Proficiency in PYTHA, SolidWorks,



AutoCAD, and CAM software.
Valuable understanding of CNC machining, CNC drilling, beam saw, edge banding, postforming, hot press, and assembly processes.
Knowledge of furniture materials such as MDF, plywood, particle board, laminates, veneers, acrylics, hardware, and adhesives.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
SolidWorks: 4 years (Preferred)
CAD: 3 years (Preferred)
CAM programming: 3 years (Preferred)
Production design: 4 years (Preferred)
Production management: 4 years (Preferred)
