Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Business Development Officer. In this role, you will identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and promote banking products and services such as loans, deposits, and account management.



The Business Development Officer will be responsible for preparing financial strategies, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service while achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Current Business Development and identifying growth opportunities.
Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships effectively.
Customer Service skills to provide a positive banking experience to clients.
Proven ability to meet goals in a target-driven setting.
Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
