Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.
Coordinate deep cleaning schedules for all hospital departments.
Ensure immediate cleaning of spills and emergency situations.
Ensure housekeeping staff follow infection prevention and control protocols.
Monitor the use of appropriate disinfectants and cleaning procedures.
Coordinate with the Infection Control Team for implementation of infection control measures.
Supervise, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift rosters.
Train current employees on housekeeping procedures, safety, and infection control.
Maintain daily housekeeping reports.
Record inspection findings and corrective actions.
