Job Description

Vendor Management:
Identify reliable suppliers locally and internationally for various categories of chemicals and raw materials.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve favorable pricing and delivery terms.
Evaluate supplier performance regularly to ensure quality and reliability of supplies.

Procurement Operations:
Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, specifications, and timelines.
Issue purchase orders and manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process.

Cost Management:
Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify prospects for cost savings without compromising quality.
Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize spending and improve profitability.

Inventory Management:




Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, vendor performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.

International Procurement:
Manage international sourcing and procurement activities, including customs regulations, logistics, and import/export documentation.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
