About the Role

As a Senior Engagement Manager / Principal, you will lead end-to-end consulting
engagements focused on Talent Strategy and Workforce Transformation. You will
work closely with CHROs, Talent Leaders, Business Leaders, and GCC executives to
address complex people-related business challenges through structured analysis,
market insights, and actionable recommendations.

This role is designed for an experienced consulting leader who can confidently
engage senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary consulting teams, and drive
predictable outcomes across multiple engagements. In addition to delivery, you
will contribute to business development, solutioning, capability building, and
the continued growth of Zinnov's India Consulting Parctice
