Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Professional with 4–5 years of experience in selling Finance & Accounting (F&A;) outsourcing services to the North America market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads, conducting outreach through cold calls, email campaigns, and social media channels, and pitching InfoSync’s F&A; services to prospective clients.





This role requires solid communication skills, understanding of F&A; outsourcing services, and the ability to independently engage with prospects and drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads in the North America market for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn/social media campaigns to engage prospective clients.
- Independently pitch InfoSync’s F&A; services to potential prospects and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across industries.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and outreach activities through CRM or lead tracking systems.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and internal teams to support revenue generation and sales targets.
- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers such as CFOs, Controllers, and Finance
