- Must have a thorough knowledge of end-to-end procurement
- Analyzing & monitoring movement of commodities, analyzing spend trend & identifying the best supplier among all.
- Negotiating & coordinating with concerned departments to get the purchasing agreements sign off by suppliers.
- Risk Mitigation-Visiting suppliers for capacity assessment & identifying additional vendors for supply of critical parts.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with vendors/suppliers
- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times,

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years. Candidates with prior experience in Solar will be preferred.
- MS Office, esp MS Excel
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
