Field Application Engineering Team at Marvell India is the first point of contact for customer engineering issues. A growing team of highly skilled and motivated trouble shooters, they are responsible to support customers integrating Marvell products, helping them during the entire product cycle from pre-sale evaluations to design, bring up, production and post production.
What You Can Expect

and demonstrated success in helping technically to Win complex design opportunities.
- Must be qualified, detailed, customer-oriented, self-driven and able to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet customer needs.
- Should be able to work closely with customers on projects, own programs, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer reported issues in a timely manner to enable customer product launches.
- Review customer schematics and layout. Hands-on bring-up and help debug of customer boards.
- Support customer lab/field trials. Demonstrate ability to understand customer application environment and provide insights on how Marvell products are leveraged.
- Should strive to be a regional subject matter expert on Marvell Storage portfolio specifically on NVMe Flash and Fiber Channel HBMs
- Interface with other regional/WW FAE Team members, R&D; teams and product management to escalate and resolve issues.
- Own customer programs
