We are hiring an Junior HR in Ahmedabad.

Position: HR Executive
Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Experience: 1-2 years (Female candidates preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Salary: Up to 25K CTC

Key Responsibilities:
- Increment Letter Preparation: Draft and issue increment letters for eligible employees.
- Confirmation Letter Issuance: Manage the timely preparation and delivery of confirmation letters.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the database.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- HR Documentation: Support in maintaining and updating HR-related documents and processes.

Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
