Mission:

To develop and deliver creative renewable energy and power market solutions for Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) clients by integrating techno-commercial, regulatory, financial, and market intelligence capabilities,



enabling clients to achieve their clean energy and ESG objectives while supporting business growth and market leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams, including Projects, Costing, Resource Assessment, Project Finance, O&M;, Regulatory, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop renewable energy solutions, including ISTS and intra-state structures, in line with prevailing Central and State regulatory frameworks.
- Lead techno-commercial proposal preparation and submission, including client presentations, transaction documents, and related proposal materials.
- Support financial modelling activities by coordinating internally for key assumptions and independently running and analysing financial models.
- Track and interpret policy and regulatory developments at both Central and State levels and assess their potential impact on business opportunities and project structures.
