Sales and Business Development
- Drive sales of Loan Against Property (Affordable Segment) products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and customers to generate business leads.
- Identify and target untapped markets for the LAP affordable segment.
- Ensure proper pricing, assessment, and risk management practices are adhered to for loans.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer grievances promptly.
- Work with the credit and operations teams to streamline the loan processing and disbursement experience.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized LAP solutions.
Team Management and Training
- Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve team targets.
- Conduct regular training for team members and channel partners on LAP products, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance productivity.
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the affordable LAP space.
- Provide inputs for product improvement based on market feedback.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal policy guidelines in all business activities.
- Minimize delinquency and ensure quality of the portfolio by working closely with the credit and collection teams.
