Job Description:

The Senior Site Engineer – HVAC will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and coordination of HVAC works at project sites. The role involves managing installation activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects as per timelines and specifications. You will work closely with project managers, design teams, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless execution of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, equipment installation, and testing & commissioning.

Key Responsibilities (Execution & Site Management)
- Execute and supervise HVAC installation works, including ducting, chilled water piping, VRF systems, ventilation systems, and associated equipment.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate site execution.
- Plan daily and weekly site activities, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and other MEP teams (electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) for smooth project execution.




- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Ensure quality of installation as per approved drawings, standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Identify and resolve in office technical issues and coordination challenges.
- Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, material tracking, and work records.
- Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and safe working practices at site. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1. Project Execution & Timelines
