Key Roles/Deliverables
 To make daily planning based on Customer orders.
 WIP Control at all stage
 Review manpower requirement & arrange as per production plan.
 Coordinate with the Die Maintenance team for preventive and predictive
maintenance of dies and presses (Mechanical/Hydraulic).
 Improvement in discipline, attendance, 5 ‘S’, Kizen, Overtime, productivity, co-
ordination with internal customers & suppliers.
 Control on re-work & rejection.
 To work minimize Air, water, land, noise pollution.
 To work to minimize spillage of chemicals
 To monitor & reduce various discharges/ emissions.
 Drive a culture of Safety First, ensuring 100% compliance with safety guards, light
curtains, and PPE.
 Manage a diverse team of engineers, supervisors, and operators.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)
20 to 25 years of experience in Two Tier – Three Tier Automobile sector
