Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for aseptic inoculum preparation, transfer, sampling and sterility. Timely release of fermentation inoculum.

2 Perform periodic monitoring of facility (Settle plate, Swabs, Samplings, etc)
3 Timely analysis, reporting to the Shift In charge during Production.
4 Logical expression of plates, reporting and support to Production.
5 Ensure that Culture is properly handled and maintained prior and post usage
6 Maintain all lab equipment in working condition and calibrated as per frequency.
7 Maintaining proper housekeeping of the Production laboratory. Maintain it clean and contamination free.
8 Ensure that Plant entry Log is maintained.
9 Keep all records related to regulatory compliance updated.
10 Training of technicians and workers to perform given tasks.
