Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of MIS Lead for a reputed Company at the Navi Mumbai ( Aroli) location.

As the MIS Lead - Security Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security infrastructure and operations within the organization. This role involves leading a team of coordinators, managing the day to day operations in terms of SLA and Ticket Closured, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's information assets.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in security operations and management.
- Solid knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint presentation and other Microsoft applications
- Proper understanding of Service Now Ticketing Tool will be preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of security analysts and specialists.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

Security Operations:
- Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including monitoring and incident response.
- Day to Day ticket closures needs to be maintained for incident as well as tasks.
- SLA needs to be maintained as per Clients requirement

Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present regular security reports to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating information into business-relevant terms.

Continuous Improvement:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall posture of the organization.
