Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition and lead generation through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role requires solid analytical skills, ownership of campaign performance, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing Execution

Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Drive customer acquisition and registrations through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Manage audience segmentation, targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling.

2. Campaign Performance & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key digital marketing metrics.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

3. Analytics & Reporting

Track and report campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.

Measure KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and registrations.

Generate actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Partner with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Support CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.

Contribute to overall growth marketing strategies and campaign planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
