Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Manager of Technology to drive our technology vision across both US and India operations. This is a senior leadership role suited for someone who can set strategy, work closely with organizational leaders,



and manage a team of internal staff and external vendors — while remaining willing to contribute directly to development when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation
- Define and execute the organization's technology roadmap aligned with educational and operational goals.
- Make architectural decisions ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve program delivery and operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership teams across the US and India to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Lead the modernization of the organizational website, ensuring scalable architecture and a strong user experience.

2. Systems Integration & Automation
- Design and implement an API-first architecture to integrate systems such as ERPNext, website services, learning platforms, and operational tools.
