Job Description:

Job Title: Regional Head - Two-Wheeler Loans* *Location: Hyderabad *Reports to:* Zonal Head/National Head *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Strategic Planning and Execution:* - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve regional targets for two-wheeler loan sales and market share. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy and drive growth in the region. 2. *Sales Management:* - Lead and manage a team of Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets. - Monitor and review the performance of sales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met or exceeded. - Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships with dealerships, distributors,



and other stakeholders. 3. *Portfolio Management:* - Oversee the health of the loan portfolio in the region, ensuring a balance between business growth and credit quality. - Monitor the performance of the loan portfolio, including delinquency rates, and take corrective actions as needed. 4. *Team Leadership:* - Recruit, train, and mentor sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and customer service excellence. - Conduct regular performance reviews, set explicit goals, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
