Job Title: Manager – Export (FMCG Industry)

Location: Ahmedabd
Department: International Business / Exports
Reports To: General Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets in international markets.

Identify new business opportunities and establish distributor/partner networks across regions.

Manage documentation, shipping, logistics, and export compliance in line with global trade policies.

Maintain robust relationships with international clients, agents, and business partners.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas buyers.

Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.

Analyze market trends, competitors,



and customer preferences to plan strategies.

Ensure compliance with legal, customs, and regulatory requirements for FMCG exports.

Prepare regular MIS reports on export performance and market expansion.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in FMCG Export/International Sales.

Strong knowledge of export documentation, LC, INCO terms, and logistics.

-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to travel internationally as required.
