Responsibilities

The Vice President will build and lead the Enterprise Reconciliation Center of Excellence, driving operational excellence across Oaktree’s global investment operations platform. This includes sourcing and normalizing data, optimizing matching rules, streamlining resolution workflows, report delivery, and identifying trends and insights through data and root cause analysis to reduce break rates and resolution times. This role will also be responsible for collaborating with teams across the
Oaktree enterprise and external parties such as Agent Banks, Custodians,



and Administrators to enhance processes to reduce exception rates and minimize break resolution time.
Key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership & Management
• Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering reconciliation services effectively, efficiently, and consistently across a broad range of funds, accounts, and asset types.
• Review day-to-day activities to ensure the team is operating in accordance with SOPs • Manage the team’s capacity and productivity to ensure reconciliation data is delivered consistently and SLA’s are met.

Reconciliation Operations & Oversight
• Maintain the scope of reconciliation services, including data sourcing and mapping between Oaktree systems and external parties.
• Create, maintain, and improve matching rules to optimize matching rates and reduce manual matching requirements.
