Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of the IB curriculum, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to prospective families.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate campus tours, open houses, and information sessions
- Build relationships with prospective families, answering questions and providing guidance
- Review and process applications, ensuring compliance with school policies and IB regulations
- Collaborate with the academic team to assess student eligibility and placement




- Communicate admission decisions and provide support to new families
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
- Stay updated on IB curriculum developments and admission trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in admissions, marketing, or customer service (preferably in an international school setting)
- Strong knowledge of the IB curriculum and its benefits
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including families, students, and colleagues
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management (e.g., Salesforce)
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IB school admissions or education marketing
- Familiarity with student information systems (e.g., ManageBac)
- Certification in admissions or marketing
- Knowledge of multiple languages
