Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality and safety compliance, coordinate with architects and contractors, and supervise land development work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations for plotting and infrastructure projects.

Read, interpret, and execute engineering drawings, maps, and site layouts.

Coordinate with architects, project managers, and contractors.

Ensure construction follows approved designs, quality standards, and safety norms.

Monitor materials, tools,



machinery, and overall site resources.

Manage labor teams and maintain productivity.

Conduct inspections, quality checks, and maintain site documentation.

Report progress, challenges, and site updates to management.

Handle land development tasks like leveling, roadwork, drainage, and marking.

Skills & Competencies

Robust knowledge of civil engineering and construction processes.

Experience in real estate plotting and site execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS Survey, and MS Office.

Ability to read architectural drawings and site plans.

Strong leadership, labor management, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

4+ years of site engineering experience.

Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
