Job Requirement:
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts for all kinds for the Company.
- Responsible for the Company’s compliance under various laws and contracts, including PPAs.
- Work with the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, Land related compliance and other processes, Permits & Approvals etc.
- Responsible for periodic compliance reviews and reporting
- Clearance, Permits & Approvals: Statutory Approvals – Factory License, Labour related & Shop & Establishment Act, Fire NoC and Prepare, own, maintain and update risk register on regular basis




- Managing compliances for land (Private, Govt, Revenue, leased land etc)
- Validating lease, sale deed, other land related documents, legal diligence of title
- Identify and take on board the local legal counsel for evaluation of title documents and preparation of execution documents.
- Maintaining Depository of all land related documents
- Assist business teams in de-risking the land acquisition process
- Identification, finalisation of counsels for representation at SERC, APTEL
- Firming up views in consultation with business teams, briefing to counsels prior to hearing
