The opportunity:

How you'll make an impact:
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), responsible for Process management processes application.
- Preparation and update of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation, rules and governance, ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders within HVDC, PGGI.
- Collaborate closely with HSEE to ensure compliance of IMS application, platform, structure, documentation rules and governance system.




- Drive Process Leader responsibilities for IMS Support and Process Management process. Plan, maintain and if needed provide process and IMS related training/training material/certifications, follow-up statistics and feedback and act if needed.
- Support implementation of global processes throughout organization via establishing a seamless IMS system, support the organization in the management system, process management process and mapping related questions.
- Build/prepare simple and efficient reporting files for effective data handling. Data analysis and publish reports to the Global Organisation identifying the gaps.
- Facilitate Forums and if needed workshops with Process Leader, to improve Quality culture through regular interactions with Line Managers.
- Responsible for process improvements with applying Quality technique. To lead and coordinate the Quality activates across HVDC.
