Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Red Hat Linux Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise Linux infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable Red Hat environments while driving automation, performance tuning, and system reliability across on-prem and cloud platforms





Roles & Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
* Manage and administer virtual infrastructure using VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
* Provision, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMs)
* Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
* Implement and manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
* Perform patch management, upgrades, and system hardening
* Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows OS and virtual environments
* Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, snapshots, replication)
* Ensure system security, compliance, and audit readiness
* Work with storage systems (SAN/NAS) and virtualization storage concepts
* Collaborate with network, security, and cloud teams
* Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripting
* Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
