Summary of the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Marketplaces Program, where we develop and scale platform capabilities that connect buyers, sellers, and partners. This role is well suited for an early‑career product professional with a strong technical foundation who is looking to deepen their product management expertise through hands‑on execution and close collaboration with experienced product and engineering leaders.

As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you will help translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements, support product delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketplace platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced,



team-oriented environment that values learning, ownership, and effect.

About the Role:
- Support senior Product Managers in defining and refining product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps
- Gather, analyse, and document business, customer, and technical requirements from cross‑functional partners
- Write clear and well‑structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation
- Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and support delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Use data, metrics, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Help track progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes for product plans.
- Help improve product processes, documentation standards, and ways of working
- Hands‑on mentorship from experienced Product Managers
